This course is for those who are managing complex change within their organization. 

This concentrated, 6-week cohort is scheduled for May 21 - June 25, 2024  with each session taking place from 9-11 am Central Time (10 am - 12 noon Eastern Time) on Tuesdays. The cost of the course includes one year of Society for Process Consulting membership. You will receive an email with your membership login instructions after registering for the course.

PCT 102: Facilitating Complex Decisions: Building Confidence with Process Consulting

Course Description

Process Consulting Training 102 provides a general introduction to Process Consulting for leaders within a company or organization who are responsible for managing complex change or multiple projects and processes. In addition to covering the basic framework for Process Consulting, the course introduces the Core Competencies of Process Consulting. It provides resources for organizational and interpersonal dynamics involved in a complex process, and sets up the learner to grow their competencies over time. Teams often participate together.

Goal

Upon completion of the course, participants will be well-prepared to attain the Certified Process Consultant™ credential. This achievement is based on a solid understanding of process consulting principles and the development of a brief implementation plan for their work setting.

Session 11 – Ensuring Authenticity, Continuous Learning & Improvement
Session 12 – Planning Your Next Six Months

Modality

Each participant will actively engage through discovery, reading, reflection, group discussion, personal assignments and mentoring. Coursework is managed through the Society Membership portal with video conferencing hosted by the course facilitator.  Two individual mentoring sessions with the facilitator are also included, via phone or video conferencing.

About the Facilitator

Kim Stezala, M.S., has devoted more than 25 years to the nonprofit, education, and business sectors in management, volunteer, and founder roles. She is dedicated to educational access, specifically the pipeline to and through college.

Combining objective analysis with the power of process consulting, Kim assists scholarship providers, youth agencies, college prep programs, colleges and universities, foundations, and membership associations to improve outcomes and handle complex organizational change.

Clients partner with Kim to create programs, develop strengths, measure impact, and share results. This is accomplished through strategic program planning, evaluation and improvement, outcomes monitoring and grant reporting, stakeholder engagement, and student access and success projects.
