Amanuel Medhanie
Data Scientist at Parsimony Inc.
Amanuel Medhanie initially set out to become a child psychologist and like many people, he was a little intimidated by the idea of studying statistics. But he came to appreciate the power of statistics and psychometrics so much that he pursued a master's and Ph.D. in quantitative methods and became an accredited professional statistician. Rather than continuing to help write research papers for other researchers, he decided to focus on spreading the benefits of these tools and techniques outside of academia. This interest led him to found Parsimony where he provides consultants with top-notch quantitative services. His services help consultants answer their clients' questions, while minimizing complexity, so the results can be put to good use.
