Deanna Rolffs is a strategist, facilitator, coach, systems thinker, and consultant that has worked with executive leaders and teams for more than twenty years, the last ten focused on the intersection of organizational theory, leadership development, justice, and equity. Her process consulting approach focuses on organizational transformation via thriving teams, brave leadership, equitable systems, and inclusive communities. With a personal and professional dedication to justice and equity, Deanna supports leadership and teams of all sizes, in all sectors, from nonprofits such as West Michigan Center for Arts + Technology (WMCAT) to, Fortune500 companies such as Herman Miller, and international organizations such as United Nations Women. Deanna served as a Senior Consultant with Design Group International since 2018 and became a Senior Design Partner in 2021.


Kim Stezala
CEO of Society for Process Consulting

Kim Stezala, M.S., has devoted more than 25 years to the nonprofit, education, and business sectors in management, volunteer, and founder roles. She is dedicated to educational access, specifically the pipeline to and through college. Combining objective analysis with the power of process consulting, Kim assists scholarship providers, youth agencies, college prep programs, colleges and universities, foundations, and membership associations to improve outcomes and handle complex organizational change. Clients partner with Kim to create programs, develop strengths, measure impact, and share results. This is accomplished through strategic program planning, evaluation and improvement, outcomes monitoring and grant reporting, stakeholder engagement, and student access and success projects. As a result, clients are better equipped to achieve their desired impact and tell their success story.
